Hotel heiress Paris Hilton is the star of a leaked video tape that shows her graphically romping with  Shannen Doherty's husband Rick Soloman. The explicit Paris Hilton tape was filmed three years ago when Rick and Shannen - who are now back together again - temporarily separated. But now an anonymous mole has given copies of the tape to various media folk, reports website Page Six. An insider says, "Paris keeps staring into the camera and trying to show her best side. She knows she is being taped and Rick keeps trying to get her into  positions that are better for taping, if you know what I mean." Paris's representative says, "This was something she did with Rick while they were dating, after he was no longer with Shannen, and it was something that was intended for their own personal use. This tape was never intended to be viewed by the public and it is in poor taste that someone has decided to release it."

The producer claims 50,000 people a day have paid $50 each to download the 37-minute s ** session, in which he stars with the hotel heiress, after he launched it on a Czech-based website run by his brother Jim last week. He says, "I had tons of shame from this whole thing and now, I'm ... at least making some money off of it. It's doing really well." Solomon admits he's not worried about comeback from his ex or her family as his get-rich-quick scheme takes off: "I own the rights and they can't stop me. I haven't heard a word."

On 26 April 2004, Paris Hilton tape made with ex-boyfriend Rick Soloman is set to be released in video rental outlets. Los-Angeles based porn production company Red Light District Video is releasing the 45-minute-long movie, charmingly entitled One Night In Paris, for distribution on June 15. Red Light claim its version - which is seven minutes longer than that seen on the internet - will include never-before-seen scenes of the May 2001 romp and footage of the hotel heiress partying in a nightclub. Hilton family lawyer David Rudich says he is "constrained" from discussing the new plans to distribute the tape. The star of reality TV show The Simple Life has already sued a Panama- based internet company for $30 million for violating her privacy by originally distributing the tape. She claims the tape was "intended only for personal use".

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton and ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon have allegedly ended their legal battle over their infamous tape. The Simple Life reality TV star has accepted the humiliation caused by Salomon - who videotaped and marketed their saucy romp - in return for a cut of the profits, reports American website New York Daily News. A close source claims Salomon and film company Red Light District Video have agreed to pay the blonde beauty more than $400,000 and a percentage of the sales of their release One Night In Paris - Salomon has consequently dropped a lawsuit which accused Hilton and her representatives of defaming him. Salomon's lawyer, Marty Singer, confirmed the settlement but wouldn't discuss "the terms of the arrangement." Hilton's friend argues, "Paris is certainly not capitalizing on the tape. She has insisted that an ample portion of the proceeds are donated to charity."
