Mariah's Photo Fury

Director Brett Ratner found his famous friends most amenable when he
decided to release a book of candid photos - except for singer Mariah
Carey. The Red Dragon film-maker has created Hillhaven Lodge: The Photo
Booth Pictures, a new book containing shots his A-list pals have taken of
themselves in the black-and-white photo booth he bought for his Hollywood
home. Most of those who posed - a star-studded list which includes Michael
Jackson, Britney Spears, Ralph Fiennes, Liv Tyler, Justin Timberlake,
Colin Farrell, Paris Hilton, Kim Cattrall, Sean 'P Diddy' Combs, Jude Law
and Heidi Klum - were more than happy to okay the book. But Ratner laughs,
"Everybody in the book is a personal friend, so I didn't have to contact
anyone for permission. But some people had vanity issues. "I had to send
Mariah Carey - who's a very good friend of mine - the pictures to let her
know which ones I would use. Some of them have to have image control."
Angelina's Oscar Dress Stolen

Angelina Jolie's Academy Awards dress has been stolen in London. The Girl,
Interrupted Oscar-winner's figure-hugging red corset dress worth $4,500
and that of American socialite Paris Hilton were taken during a raid on
the car of British designer Scott Henshall just days before he was due to
fly out to Los Angeles to dress the pair tonight. Other dresses,
accessories and jewelery worth a total of more than $50,000 were also
stolen from the Bmw which was parked in London's swanky Knightsbridge.
Henshall has been frantically searching the capital for the missing gowns.
He says, "I would offer a cash reward to anyone who returned them in time.
I have already been searching litter bins in the area in case the dresses
were dumped. There were 20 outfits in the collection and now the nine most
glamorous have gone. There is no way I can remake Angelina's or any of the
other dresses in time."
Paris Hilton and Shannen Doherty Fight at Party

Beverly Hills 90210 star Shannen Doherty and hotel heiress Paris Hilton
had a blazing row at a party last week over Doherty's
soon-to-be-ex-husband, Rick Salomon. Gossip bible Pagesix.Com reports that
the incident happened at Deluxe, a weekly bash held behind the Las Palmas
restaurant in Hollywood. An insider says that when the two saw each other
Paris allegedly "marched up to Shannen and started yelling at her, saying,
'Leave Rick alone!'" There has been bad blood between the pair since Rick,
33, rekindled his on-off relationship with 21-year-old Paris. The source
says, "Paris and Rick have been holed up at the Beverly Hills Hotel for 10
days partying hard and he hasn't gone home to see his two children (by
another woman). Paris has been leaving threatening messages on Shannen's
machine and Shannen is sick of it." But, a spokeswoman for Paris blamed
the argument on Shannen, saying, "Shannen grabbed Paris' face and punched
her. Then Shannen followed her, and egged her car, and wrote profanities
on her car in red lipstick." Leslie Sloan Zelnik, who represents Shannen,
says, "The two did have a conversation. Shannen didn't touch her, didn't
egg her car or write profanities in red lipstick. Shannen doesn't wear red
lipstick." The insider says that fiery Shannen, 31, told Paris, "Listen, I
am through with Rick. You can have him, but you need to let him go home to
his kids and get help. Shannen has seen a lawyer about the threatening
messages Paris left her. She hasn't filed a restraining order yet, but is
thinking about it."
